The Institute for National Security and Cybersecurity Education and Research (INSCER) is a joint Institute among Texas A&M University, Texas A&M Engineering Experiment Station and Texas A&M AgriLife Research.
INSCER’s mission is to enhance national and international security through research and education. INSCER executes its composite mission through pursuit of three strategic objectives:
- To help form fruitful R&D collaborations between Texas A&M researchers and national security organizations
- To help develop and deliver educational programs to national security professionals
- To serve as the Texas A&M point of contact for national security organizations
Our partners within Texas A&M University include CLASS, NSI, the Cyclotron Institute and the Bush School of Government and Public Service , and our external partners include Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory and Sandia National Laboratories.
